What We Offer

For Business

At Hometown Hub, we know that organizations in 2023, need flexibility. They need to flex to scale up or down, to move location or to support their very mobile workforce. We know that a 4 year lease on a commercial office doesn’t allow for any of that.

What we offer is flexibility across all of our office spaces.

What We Offer

Permanent Desks

Desks in shared Hometown Hub venues bookable by the day, these are furnished and fully serviced (Wi-Fi, heating, printers, screens etc.) and will largely be shared with other companies or people.

  • Booking period – Minimum 1 day, any number of days possible, though for longer term fixed desks should be explored.
  • Price – Between £12 – £30 per day.
  • How to book – Through the booking system on Hometown Hub website or through the employers corporate booking portal.

Occasional Rooms

Rooms in shared Hometown Hub venues bookable by the day, these are furnished and fully serviced (Wi-Fi, heating, printers, screens etc.) Private rooms for individuals or for small groups (1 – 4). Other people in the venues will be from other companies or organizations.

  • Booking period – Minimum 1 day, any number of days possible, though for longer term fixed desks should be explored.
  • Price – £20 – £50 per day
  • How to book – Through the booking system on Hometown Hub website or through the employers corporate booking portal.

Permanent Desks

These are the same desks as occasional desks, i.e. they are in shared Hometown Hub venues but are bookable permanently for one customers. As the customer is securing permanent access the desk or desks will be permanently assigned to them.

  • Booking period – Minimum booking period will be 1 month for as long as is convenient for the customer.
  • Price – Dependent on venue, however the cost usually works out about 60% of the daily fee when extrapolated over a 20 day month. e.g. for a £15 desk, it would be £15 x 20 / 60% = £180
  • How to book – Permanent desks or rooms will be pre agreed as part of a corporate agreement with Hometown Hub and will be exclusive to that customer. Booking will be made by employees of that customer through the booking system on Hometown Hub website or on the Employers corporate booking portal.

Permanent Rooms

These are private rooms in shared venues which can be booked out to companies or organizations. They will only be occupied by that company or organization. They can be offered usually as fully managed, but other service levels are available.

  • Booking period – Minimum booking period will be 1 month for as long as is convenient for the customer
  • Price – Dependent on venue, however the cost usually works out about 60% of the daily fee when extrapolated over a 20 day month. e.g. for a £30 room, it would be £30 x 20 / 60% = £360
  • How to book – Permanent desks or rooms will be pre agreed as part of a corporate agreement with Hometown Hub and will be exclusive to that customer. Booking will be made by employees corporate booking portal.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are rooms in shared Hometown Hub venues which can be booked by the hour or longer for meetings, work sessions and conferences

  • Booking period – Minimum booking period will be for 1 hour, meetings can be as long as the customer requires during office opening hours.
  • Price – £10 – £60 per hour
  • How to book – Through the booking system on Hometown Hub website or through the employers corporate booking portal.

Dedicated Corporate Portal

This is an instance of the Hometown Hub booking portal, with only those Hometown Hub venues selected by the customer, e.g. if a customer only wants to allow their employees to book spaces in a certain location, then the venues will be restricted. In addition a customers own spaces can be added to the portal.

  • Price – There is an initial setup cost and a monthly subscription cost dependent on the number of spaces used.
